Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) offers services, programs and resources to help County residents of all ages learn and grow. MCPL promotes intellectual freedom, accountability, quality service, diversity, fairness, professional ethics, integrity of information and respect for customers, community, and staff. MCPL is a learning organization that functions openly by exploring new ideas and using the collective talent, knowledge, and creativity of employees at all levels.
In order to continue providing services to County residents during the pandemic, MCPL staff applied these skills and created a wide variety of virtual programs; augmented and enhanced MCPL’s digital resources; and implemented the digital card and a contactless pickup service, Holds to Go.
The Holds to Go service allows customers to get library materials in 4 easy steps.
